A judge sentenced a 24-year-old from Houma to life in prison Friday for the murder of a teen during a neighborhood shootout in 2015 that prosecutors described as a “turf war.�Prosecutors said Elward Williams Jr. was involved in a shooting on Morgan Street between rival drug dealers that left 18-year-old Corey Butler dead.
